Holy Nativity Brotherhood Meeting – 07/09/11

A good turnout for our continuing study in the Cymbala’s “When God’s Spirit Moves”. Today’s session focused on the Source of Power.

Holy Trinity Garland has invited us to participate in their Octoberfest beer brewing contest for October 1. We will be fielding our brewmeisters and helping hands to meet the challenge.

The Brotherhood is scheduled to participate October 29 in the Dallas Assembly Habitat for Humanity effort. The Brotherhood also committed to $300 to the Habitat funding effort.

The Brotherhood is continuing to review our efforts in fund raising and decisions on our support projects. Further discussions will be had at our next meeting August 13.

While we have many men of the Parish participating, there are still too many not participating. We welcome all men of the Parish to come and experience the Brotherhood.
